For a one off payment of just £350 + VAT we will arrange for your case to be reviewed by a qualified solicitor specialising in Professional Negligence law. Furthermore we will refund the fee to you if you proceed with the case under our "No Win No Fee" scheme and are successful.

We will ask you to submit to us all relevant files and documents. If any important papers are still held by the professional then we will seek release of them on your behalf at no further cost.

Once we have all the information and documentation needed we will carry out our assessment and provide you with a detailed written report commenting upon:

The likely level of compensation
Evidential strengths and weaknesses
The need for Expert Evidence
Any further investigations that need to be made
It's suitability for "No Win-No Fee"
The availability of Legal Expenses Insurance

If your case is suitable you will be offered the opportunity of pursuing your claim under our "No Win-No Fee" scheme. If your case is successful then the assessment fee will be refunded to you.
